New support system is ready to use

I am happy to report that Deliverer Safe List now has a new support system. Anyone can now send a support request using the dedicated system here:

If you submit a request, you should receive an email stating your request has been created and logged, and you should get a number. You can click on the link in the email to look up the status of your ticket, or you can paste the number into the support page, and get a report of the status.
I will endeavour to answer any support requests immediately, however I can't guarantee this. I hope you enjoy the new system, and please don't hesitate to use it for comments.
