Deliverer special request to share problems

I thought I would try something different this week (due to the pandemic) and attempt to encourage members to send a message about their problems to Deliverer Safe List. Some of you might know the saying that 'a trouble shared is a trouble halved'. So, sharing your problems may help us to solve them, or at least reduce them!
We want to know about any kind of problems: technical problems, language problems, work problems, health problems, financial problems, relationship problems, etc. Nothing is too trivial - it will interest
someone somewhere!

How do I send to the list?
1/ Go to the free or gold send page depending on your membership.
While you are on this page, you may get a pop-up window to remind you to select the correct checkboxes concerning the content of your message. Please select the checkboxes before you forget, and then keep your cursor away from the red line.
2/ Paste your message (in any language) into the message window. Do not send large messages - no bigger than the window size, please.
3/ Add your subject in the subject line window.
4/ Select the check boxes depending on the content of the email.
5/ Enter your user name and password in the user details area.
If you have forgotten your log in details, you can go to the password page to recover them.
6/ Check your work, and finally, press SUBMIT your message.

Things are more normal again!

What I thought was a problem with the mailing software, appeared to be a combination of non-fatal errors and server malfunctions from crontab to perl modules. Nothing worked properly - I couldn't even get a copy of the daily logs!
I had to rebuild the 'drivers' sending mail and check everything worked on another server before reinstalling on Deliverer's server. Slowly but surely, script by script, things began to work normally. However, there is still a small problem with the support system which I am currently working on. It can be used in the meantime. Hopefully, I will also get a chance to finish testing the new, bounce-handling system soon.
Meanwhile, you can now send to the list normally. Apologies to anyone who joined during the overhaul.
